What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a digital payment method you can use online and in stores. It replaces your physical cards and cash with an easier, safer, more secure and private payment method - whether you're online or in-store.

 

How do I use Apple Pay on the GIANT website or app?

You should see Apple Pay as a payment option when shopping on a compatible Apple device. At Order Summary, select Place Order with Apple Pay and follow the on-screen steps to complete your order.

 

What if I'm not seeing Apple Pay as an online payment option at checkout?

Yes, you'll earn GIANT Choice Rewards® after placing your order with Apple Pay. You'll earn the same amount as you would with other payment methods.

Yes, you can update your order after checking out with Apple Pay. Be sure to make any changes before the cutoff time.

 

Can I tip my delivery driver with Apple Pay?

Yes, you can tip before selecting Place Your Order with Apple Pay and it'll be included in the final payment.

You can also tip after receiving your delivery. On the Order Complete screen, select Pay with Apple Pay to add a tip.

 

How does SNAP and EBT work with Apple Pay?

If you have SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits, you can use your EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) card during checkout to buy SNAP-eligible items. You'll need a credit or debit card on file in the event you've placed your order and there are other fees.

After using your benefits, you can use Apple Pay to complete your purchase.

 

How do returns work with Apple Pay?

If you return an item, you'll receive a refund to the card you used with Apple Pay.

 

Can I use my GIANT gift card with Apple Pay?

No, you can't add your gift card to the Wallet App. If you want to use a GIANT gift card, be sure to use it at checkout before placing your order with Apple Pay.

 

Is my personal credit, debit, or prepaid card compatible with Apple Pay?

Most major credit and debit cards work with Apple Pay. If you're having problems adding your card to the Wallet app, you can contact your bank or financial institution for more information.
