Step 1: Visit www.giantfoodstores.com or open the GIANT App and log in or create an online account.

Step 2: Browse available products in the online aisles, weekly Ad or by searching for what you are looking for.  When you find an item you would like to purchase, select “Add to Cart”.

Step 3: When you have completed your shop, click on the shopping cart icon which will take you to the Cart checkout.

Step 4: At the top of the screen you will see your default method of receiving your order (either Pickup or Delivery) and the default address (Delivery Address or Preferred Pickup Store location). Make sure this information is correct. If it is not, you can change it by clicking on it and updating it on the next screen. Right below you will see “Select a time” and can choose your preferred time window by clicking on this.

Step 5: Select “Checkout” when your cart and order information is complete. This will lead to a screen where you can view your order summary including confirming your Order Information and Delivery/Pickup Time & Address. If this is your first order, you will also need to provide Payment Information – returning customers can store their payment information and will just need to confirm for future purchases. On this page, you can also provide Promo Codes and Gift Cards, and for delivery orders only – it includes a place to enter any monetary tips for your driver.
